MOTHER shrub Cranberry is a combination of Virginia-made, organic apple cider vinegar, pressed juice from organic cranberries, and unrefined organic cane sugar.
A tart and sweet combination delicious splashed in champagne prosecco, hard seltzer, hard cider, or sparkling cider. Drizzle over berries and pound cake.
Mix with vodka to make shrubbed-up versions of the classic Cosmopolitan or Cape Codder.
Add to sparkling cider with a twist of lime for an easy booze-free cocktail.
Classic Cocktail Refreshing Soda
1/2 – 1 oz shrub 1/2 – 1 oz shrub
1 1/2 – 2 oz spirits 4 – 6 oz seltzer
3 oz seltzer
Serve over ice. Adjust to taste.
Pairs well with gin, rum, tequila, bourbon, vodka, rye, bubbly…

Meredyth Archer was first introduced to drinking vinegars as a child growing up in West Virginia, when she would drink a sweetened vinegar with her grandmother, who thought it was the answer to everything. Years later, she came across a recipe for sweet fruit vinegar in a family cookbook from the late 1800s, a hand-me-down. She remembered the tart and sweet taste from her youth and decided to make a batch. Many shared batches later, MOTHER shrub drinking vinegars was born. Made in Richmond, Virginia.
