Castor Oil is rich in nutrients like Omega 3 fatty acids, flavonoids, ricinoleic acid, Vitamin E, phenolic acids, amino acids, terpenoids, and phytosterols. It is important to note that this castor oil is COLD PRESSED (never expeller pressed), retaining more of the oil's natural nutrients. Think of it as the difference between raw and cooked.

This oil contains over 92% ricinoleic acid, which allows it to penetrate deeper into the skin layers. Many castor oils contain around 80% ricinoleic acid.

Although historically used internally as a laxative, this food-grade castor oil is intended for topical use only.
