Shipping policy

Online orders are processed within 48 hours. We do our best to ship out orders same-day but it is not guaranteed.

If Next Day Air Saver is selected as your shipping option, please be aware that UPS does not move these packages on the weekends. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping. 

A confirmation e-mail with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75.

There is a flat shipping rate of $8.99 on all orders under $75. Your order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size / weight of the package and it's destination. 

We also offer free curbside and in-store pick-up for all local orders. Simply choose the In-Store Pick Up option at checkout and we'll have that ready for you within an hour if placed during business hours.

Please note: Events out of our control such as weather can affect your delivery date. We cannot cancel orders that are already en route. 

We only ship in the contiguous United States at this time.

DAMAGES

We take our time to carefully pack your items, and while it is rare, damages can happen. If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, kindly accept our apologies and reach out to us right away. 

Please make sure to photograph the outside and inside of the box and don’t throw away the box or damaged goods - our shipping provider might require an inspection or for you to send it back to us.

Please note: All damage claims must be received within 3 days of delivery.
