Refund policy

Products that are returned within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for store credit towards another purchase or exchange, we do not offer refunds. Products must be unused & in resalable condition. Exceptions will be made if a product is damaged or faulty. 

If a product is purchased online, you will receive a credit to use on our website. In-store sales receive a credit that can only be used in store. 

A receipt is required for all exchanges/store credit, no exceptions. We cannot look up your order without it!

In order to receive store credit, we must receive the package within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

All sale items are final sale.

For online orders: To submit your return request, please email info@mamiesapothecary.com within 7 days upon delivery if item is purchased online. 

Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if the package is returned to us for any reason other than damages.

We are unable to cancel orders once shipped. These orders will be treated the same as a standard return/exchange.
