Wild yam is traditionally used for hormonal support. It aids in menstrual balance, menopause symptoms, and PMS relief. Although wild yam itself does not convert into hormones in the body, it still influences hormone receptor activity. It can relax muscles, which can aid in gallbladder discomfort, internal spasms and bloating. It can also aid in balancing progesterone levels. 

These rollers are infused with actual herbs, not just essential oils. This way you have the full benefits of the herb.

To use: use twice daily, switching location of application. Choose from your interior forearm, interior thigh, neck or chest. Use for 2 weeks on and 1 week off. If you are still having menstrual cycles, that should be the week off.
