Anoush Blacksmith's Blend Sore Muscle Soak
This bath salt blend was inspired by friend, blacksmith, Irish fiddler, and amateur botanist Patrick McGhee. To soothe headaches, bumps, bruises, sore joints and muscles, add 1-2 cups salts to warm bath water and soak for at least 15 minutes.
External use only. Do not use during pregnancy.
Contains: Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, jojoba oil, essential oils of lavender, rosemary, peppermint, helichrysum, and yarrow.
