Dental Health | Oil Brushing

We are all familiar with oil pulling, which is beneficial for dental health, but it's not everyones preferred method for using oil. This dental health formula is a coconut oil infusion enriched with herbs that are anticariogenic, meaning they help prevent dental cavities. This formula works by limiting the growth of cavity-causing oral bacteria.

It contains peppermint, thyme, tulsi, chamomile, and prickly ash bark. Prickly ash bark is especially effective as it stimulates salivation, which can alleviate dry mouth and promote healthy gums. Chamomile is also an excellent herb for alleviating pain associated with braces.

To use the formula, simply apply a dropper full directly onto your teeth or your toothbrush and brush as usual. The oil is effective for breaking down buildup on your teeth, so there is no need to swish for an extended time; brushing provides the same benefits.
