It is believed to initiate clarity of the dream experience and bring awareness to the dream’s purpose in waking life. *Mugwort’s effects are very subtle, and may not be noticeable, as they are working more on a subconscious level.

Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 1-2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour soft boiled water over the tea and let steep 4-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
